Another year is over. Time is flying. We just wanted to take a moment now before Christmas kicks in, to thank you for visiting our family farm in 2025 and to acknowledge your continued support. We have been blessed with amazing staff, friends and visitors who have helped us this year and we want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts. We will continue to encourage a love of nature, to nurture the new hedge maze which is growing amazingly, regenerate the farm by keeping the wild areas wild and helping biodiversity and nature flourish and upkeeping and maintaining the old museums and preserving the heritage of old farming traditions in Wicklow. Let’s hope 2026 is a better year for biodiversity in Ireland, for our community in Wicklow and we send love, heart felt wishes and peace to all peoples on our planet. In these times of uncertainty we must pray for peace for those in traumatic situations all over the world.

Before heading to the playgrounds, you can start your adventure with our signature Great Greenan Treasure Hunt. This interactive quest is designed to keep kids busy whilst going around the farm. It offers a structured way to explore the grounds, with the added motivation of a little treat at the end if they complete it.
Playgrounds and Woodland Wonders
After conquering the Celtic Maze and the Solstice Maze, children can find endless entertainment in our dedicated outdoor areas. We offer a general Playground and specialized Woodland Play Area. Many visitors find that time slows down while visiting our farm, with children and adults having the freedom and space to enjoy the heavenly peaceful atmosphere.
As you meander along the nature trails, keep an eye out for the unique elements we have added to enhance the magical atmosphere. The Woodland trails are dotted with charming additions like fairy doors & little houses.
Group Games, guided tours, interactive museums quiz.
We ensure there is plenty to do in all weather. If you need a break from the outdoors, our Cottage Games Room is available for groups or school tours. Or take a break and have a picnic and coffee in our undercover seating areas at the Coffee Shop.
For groups, we organize thrilling, action-packed fun activities that are a big hit. School tours and large family groups often enjoy fun competitions like wheelbarrow races and sheep bowling or welly boot throwing which contribute to the exciting activities that are planned.
