Things to do in Wicklow!

We have been very quiet on social media recently but we have been busy behind the scenes.  The animals are having a well earned hibernation at Greenan Farm Museums & Maze and the wintry snows have reached the Wicklow Mountains beside us as Croaghanmoira and Lugnaquilla are covered in beautiful white snow.  Will, the farmer, is busy building a new undercover seating area at the coffee shop and Anita has been beavering away at implementing a new booking system and organising a new website.  Please be patient with us as we iron out the kinks and figure out this digital journey for 2025.

We just wanted to take a moment now before Christmas kicks in, to thank you for visiting our family farm in 2024 and to acknowledge your continued support.  We have been blessed with amazing staff and friends who have helped us this year and we want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts.  We will continue to encourage a love of nature, to nurture the new hedge maze which is growing amazingly, regenerate the farm by keeping the wild areas wild and helping biodiversity and nature flourish and upkeeping and maintaining the old museums and preserving the heritage of old farming traditions in Wicklow.  Lets hope 2025 is a better year for biodiversity in Ireland, for our community in Wicklow and we send love, healthfelt wishes and peace to all peoples on our planet.  In these times of uncertainty we must pray for peace for those in traumatic situations all over the world.
